This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Medicare Benefits Care and its partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit medicarebenefitscare.com (the “Site”), submit a form, call us, or otherwise interact with us about Medicare-related insurance products and services.
We operate the Site as licensed insurance professionals and/or authorized marketing representatives. We are not Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any government agency.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, state, and ZIP code.
- Medicare-related inquiry information: information you choose to provide about your Medicare interest (for example, turning 65, plan type interest, or questions in free-text fields).
- Communications: content of messages you send us, call recordings or notes where permitted by law, and records of emails or texts related to your request.
- Consent records: records showing whether you agreed to our Terms, this Policy, and marketing contact preferences.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected through server logs and, if enabled, analytics or similar tools.
We collect information directly from you when you submit forms or contact us, automatically when you use the Site, and from service providers that support our operations.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your requests for Medicare plan information and follow up by phone, email, or text when you have provided consent.
- Connect you with a licensed insurance agent, agency, or representative authorized to discuss Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and/or Prescription Drug Plan options.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our marketing programs.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations (including insurance marketing and licensing requirements).

3. How we share information
We may share personal information with:
- Licensed agents and partners who assist with your request or may contact you about Medicare-related products, subject to your consent where required.
- Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs), agencies, and affiliated entities that support appointment, compliance, and lead routing.
- Insurance carriers and general agents when necessary to provide quotes, enrollment assistance you request, or policy servicing you authorize.
- Service providers (hosting, CRM, form processing, email/SMS delivery, analytics, and call-tracking vendors) that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Professional advisors (legal, compliance, accounting) as needed.
- Regulators, courts, and law enforcement when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we describe that practice separately and provide any required opt-out. If our use of certain analytics or advertising tools is considered “sale” or “sharing” under state law, we will update this Policy and provide applicable opt-out mechanisms.
4. Telephone, text, and email communications
If you provide consent on our forms, you agree that we and our partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including through automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and text messages, about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Prescription Drug Plans. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent by following opt-out instructions in a message, by requesting opt-out when speaking with an agent, or by contacting us using the information in Section 13.
